Dr. Witte achieved the rank of Major in the US Army and served in Iraq prior to his honorable discharge in 2003. Dr. Witte joined Urology Specialists in 2003 and is Board Certified in Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Witte is currently the head of the section of Urology in the Department of Surgery at the Sanford School of Medicine. .
